Processing + Shipping Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Customers will receive a tracking number once shipped.
Shipping Locations:
Currently shipping within the United States only.
Refunds/Exchanges:
All sales are final due to the nature of beauty products (hygiene reasons).
Lost/Damaged Orders:
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with order number and photos if applicable so we can resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or make changes to the order. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.
